About me

I was never good at staying in one lane.

Lucky me.

Austria, Spain, Chile, China. And then Mexico, first as a VW trainee, then stayed for ten years: process optimization at the plant, a professorship, competitiveness strategy for a megacity, finally marketing at one of Latin America's largest business schools.

Back in Europe, VP Marketing & Sales at an EdTech; today business development and ISO 9001 at a family run semiconductor company.

Every stop showed me why some companies grow and others get stuck. Today I build that for others. Consultant doesn't quite cover it: I build with you, implement, and stay until it runs.
